This cell is formed in accordance with UGC and Government guidelines to ensure a safe, dignified, and harassment-free campus for all, especially female students and staff. It addresses complaints promptly, conducts awareness workshops, and promotes gender sensitivity and respectful behavior across the institution.

The Placement & Training Cell is dedicated to enhancing the employability of students by organizing campus recruitment drives, internships, aptitude training, soft skill development, and career counseling. The cell regularly invites top recruiters and industry experts to prepare students for real-world challenges.

This cell acts as a student support system to resolve academic, administrative, and personal grievances. A confidential and transparent mechanism is in place for students to submit complaints, which are addressed professionally and fairly by the committee members.

The EDC encourages students to develop entrepreneurial thinking and become job creators rather than job seekers. The cell conducts business idea presentations, startup workshops, and interaction with successful entrepreneurs to ignite innovation and leadership among students.

This cell offers personalized guidance for students to choose the right career path after graduation. It provides information about higher studies, competitive exams, job markets, and government opportunities through seminars, brochures, and expert sessions.
Career Guidance Cell
The Gender Equality Cell promotes equity, inclusion, and sensitivity irrespective of gender. It conducts programs on gender rights, self-awareness, and leadership roles, aiming to break stereotypes and cultivate respect and equality.

This cell plays a key role in empowering female students by organizing workshops on self-defense, leadership, health awareness, financial literacy, and legal rights. It also supports young women to overcome societal barriers and grow with confidence.

This cell focuses on institutional growth, academic benchmarking, and performance monitoring. It develops strategic plans aligned with the college's vision and mission and ensures the successful implementation of goals through analysis, feedback, and continuous review.
Strategic Management and Strategic Planning Cell
Working in tandem with the Anti-Ragging Committee, this cell conducts orientation programs, campus surveillance, and student interaction to create a zero-ragging culture. It takes strict action against any violation and builds awareness on mutual respect and harmony.

The IQAC functions as the quality monitoring unit of the institution. It formulates academic standards, evaluates teaching-learning practices, coordinates accreditation processes (NAAC, NIRF), and promotes a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
This cell provides emotional, psychological, and academic support to students. Trained counselors and faculty mentors help students cope with stress, career confusion, and personal challenges through individual counseling sessions and wellness programs.
