Anti-Ragging Committee
Formed as per UGC regulations, this committee
ensures a zero-tolerance policy against ragging.
It works proactively to maintain a safe and
respectful campus environment by conducting
awareness campaigns, regular monitoring, and
grievance redressal related to any form of student
misconduct.
Scholarship Committee
The Scholarship Committee helps identify eligible
students and guides them in applying for various
government and private scholarships. It ensures
timely documentation, awareness drives, and
communication with authorities to support
financially deserving students.
Governing Committee
The Governing Committee is responsible for the
overall strategic development and policy
formulation of the institution. It includes senior
leadership, trust members, and external academic
advisors who review performance, infrastructure
growth, academic compliance, and future planning.
SC/ST Committee
This committee works to uphold the rights and
opportunities of students from Scheduled Castes
and Scheduled Tribes, ensuring equal access to
academic resources, financial support, and welfare
programs. It also handles grievances and fosters
an inclusive environment on campus.
Planning and Monitoring Committee
Responsible for formulating institutional
development plans, the committee monitors the
execution of academic and infrastructural
projects. It evaluates progress, resource
utilization, and supports continuous improvement
through feedback and reports.
Library Committee
The Library Committee guides the procurement of
books, journals, and e-resources. It ensures the
library’s resources are regularly updated and
accessible. It also supports digital literacy
programs and promotes a reading culture among
students.
Discipline and Welfare Committee
This committee ensures a respectful and
disciplined environment on campus. It addresses
behavioral issues, enforces the code of conduct,
and takes disciplinary action when required. It
also focuses on student welfare and well-being.
Infrastructure Development Committee
This committee oversees the planning, maintenance,
and expansion of physical infrastructure. It
ensures the campus facilities meet academic and
safety standards and coordinates construction,
renovation, and technology upgrades.
Alumni Committee
The Alumni Committee fosters long-term engagement
with former students through events, networking
platforms, and mentorship programs. It also
invites alumni to support current students via
guidance, internships, and placement drives.
Staff Selection Committee
This committee handles faculty and non-teaching
staff recruitment, ensuring a fair, merit-based,
and qualification-compliant hiring process. It
conducts interviews, scrutinizes applications, and
recommends appointments to the management.
Feedback Committee
The Feedback Committee collects and evaluates
feedback from students, parents, alumni, and
faculty. The insights are used for curriculum
development, teaching improvement, and
institutional enhancement. It promotes a culture
